- we are looking for a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our developing team at our five-star wedding venue, restaurant and rooms
- mansion House Llansteffan offers an extensive range of services to our customers, the ideal candidate will need to have experience and knowledge of banqueting, conference and restaurant supervision
- the role operates on a shift-based pattern across seven days of the week therefore flexibility is essential
- you will be responsible for supervising and training a team and actively involved in the development of the operation, whilst ensuring guests receive the highest levels of service
- you will be responsible for achieving set targets and ensure sales are recorded accurately. You will report into the Directors/General Manager and support them in achieving the required results
