• monitoring and recoding a patient's care procedures, such as administering medications and taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressure
• provide advice to families of residents and GP’s of any changes in condition, which gives rise to concern and keeps them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care
• monitoring and recording a patient's condition and acting accordingly on any changes in condition
• monitoring of resident well-being - Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP / Professional visits where necessary
• hours: 2 Night shifts per week. We work on a rota basis including some weekends and bank holidays. We are able to consider bank applications
• administration of medication - Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines
• carrying out audits and collecting statistics needed on a weekly and monthly basis
• the formulation of person-centred care plans - Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy

• to maintain and store all service users care plans and associated records as per Company Policy and procedures, NMS guidance and the Data Protection Act 1998
• as a principal duty, you will also be involved in induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, supervision and assessment of the Nursing team
