mamma Mia has been established for over forty years and in that time has become one of Oxfords best loved restaurants, serving generations of the same families in both our Summertown & Jericho restaurants
with a major refurbishment planned for January next year this an amazing time to join one of Oxford’s best loved restaurants
serving 1200 plus diners each week and having hundreds of very regular customers you can see why we need someone very special for this position

this is very much a ‘restaurant floor’ based position where you will focus on leading & inspiring your team and looking after our very loyal customers
the position requires previous restaurant manager experience, excellent communication and organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail and a full understanding KPI’s & P&L’s
