Responsibility
role: To work closely with the maintenance operative, ensuring that our gardens and grounds remain a pleasant and well-tended environment for our Service User, patients, staff and visitors
ensure that all gardening equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
work will vary and be affected by seasonal variations, e.g. planting, grass cutting, pruning, clearing leaves & litter etc
ensure that work areas and storage facilities are kept safe, tidy, clean and locked at all times

support the Registered Manager/Clinical Nurse Lead to efficiently manage the day to day running of the Hospital/Care Home alongside Registered Nurse colleagues
undertake the role of Named Nurse to identified Service Users, identifying and planning their support needs in partnership with the Named Nurse
