Responsibility

  • we require an assistant site manager with a strong housebuilding background and good knowledge of NHBC standards
  • we are looking for relevant qualifications and experience in ordering materials, managing projects, ensuring health and safety and customer service
  • we need someone who can bring new ideas and commercial awareness to manage people, quality, productivity and costs
  • day to day tasks include working alongside the Site Manager in the day to day running of the site, supervising trades and sub-contractors, health and safety and customer care
  • to be considered you must have a proven track record working within the private residential sector in a similar role, or be an experienced tradeperson looking to progress into site management
  • reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that programme and quality targets are achieved, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors
