Responsibility
- senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer -Hull - £28,000 to £35,000
- to be successful in this role they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a challenging environment
- ensuring all assigned tickets raised are progressed and updated, in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreements
- ensuring the customer is informed of any updates, and calls are escalated to the relevant person
- building and maintaining good relationships with customer contacts
- creation and maintenance of a Customer documentation and provision of training to other Support personnel on the intricacies of customer architecture
- principal IT are working with a public safety business that support the emergency services across the UK. They are currently on the lookout for a Senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis
- provision of assistance to other internal departments to investigate ongoing customer issues
Requirements
- A huge passion for IT and technology
- experience in a similar IT support role is essential
- office 365 environments
- active Directory/Azure Active Directory
- windows 10/Windows 11 Troubleshooting
- security Knowledge
