  • experience of managing a team of OH clinicians

  • A pro-active & motivated person who is comfortable with, and embraces change
  • A valid Full UK driving licence
  • occupational Health qualification . Consideration will be given to those applicants who are working towards an OH qualification who can demonstrate the required depth and breadth of at least 10 years OH experience

Responsibility

  • this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and proactive OH service that thrives on delivering excellent customer service
  • you will carry out Health Surveillance, and Fitness for work assessments
  • the role is suitable for a Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN , and a passion for Occupational Health, full training will be provided
  • ideally you will have experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance, but this is not essential as full training will be provided
  • you will be trained and supervised in undertaking case management over the phone/in person, producing high standard and quality management advice reports

Requirements

  • able to work autonomously and part of the wider team
  • excellent communication skills and confident to work will all levels
  • certificate, Diploma, or degree in Occupational Health
  • occupational Health experience
  • able to own an issue and problem solve
  • immunisation knowledge and experience
  • ensure Occupational Health individual records are kept confidentially and within data protection regulations
