warehouse administrator
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- provide support to the Warehouse team, ensuring all processes are Implemented effectively and standards of performance are attained
- schedule deliveries/shipments for a busy warehouse. Considering current workloads & priorities. Regularly reconciling the delivery & shipments log
- accurate data entry into various computer systems – WMS, ERPs such as NetSuite, Sage etc
- daily fulfilment of shipped orders and delivered purchase orders
- able to create insightful reports, with an ability to interpret the data
- produce customer labels for upcoming shipments, based on intricate customer requirements
- manage the flow of emails in and out for all Warehouse activities. Providing professional, courteous, and efficient service to all customers and suppliers
- daily management of Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce orders; Processing orders, accurately picking orders ahead of collection. Liaising with Customer Services for any amendments
Requirements
- good numeracy and literacy ability
- loading & unloading of vehicles if & when required
- customer focussed and service orientated
- fully ICT literate, competent in all MS Office applications
- strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- excellent planning and time management skills with ability to meet exacting deadlines and prioritise appropriately
- excellent communication skills
- prior experience of Warehouse Management systems, Production Management software, or ERP systems, very desirable
