sales – market pricing advice notes, preparing marketing details, interest schedules, meets with clients, HOTs, management of legal process
acquisitions – market research, running cashflows on KEL and excel. As well as Advice notes, offer letters, etc
you will be exposed to a balanced split of sales and acquisitions so will gain excellent exposure to both
encouraged to host agent and clients and funding to support these events to help strengthen your network
supporting a wide variety of industrial transactions including significant light industrial, logistics and portfolio transactions as well as land and funding deals

Requirements
MRICS with circa 1 - 3 years PQE
strong knowledge of the Office sector, ideally including London market knowledge
great communication skills - the ability to build and maintain relationships
MRICS is essential, with circa 1 - 4 years PQE
varied APC rotations included two of the following – Commercial Valuations, Agency, L&T, Investment, Property Management, Recovery
commercially asture and resilient
ideal sector experience is either Offices and/or Business Parks
work closely with the asset manager for the individual assets to deliver the agreed asset management plan
working with the Asset Managers with delivery of common part works and other major works to building such as refurbishments/extensions etc
identify initiatives to implement efficiencies such as energy saving when any refurbishments happen
managing and preparing the delivery of the service charge on site and from an accounts payable basis
driving the budgeting process/reconciliation process
reviewing the expenditure
dealing with occupier requests/liaison
managing and monitoring contracts for M&E and soft services such as cleaning/security
Requirements
MRICS Qualified Surveyor with at least two years PQE, ideally more
experience working across a variety of commercial property sectors, ideally on a nationwide basis
A commitment to delivering best in practice Property Management services, and ensuring a strong working relationship with tenants

experience in a relevant professional area, ideally as an Asset Manager in multi-let Industrial but they are very open to people with an advisory side background who want to make their first clientside move into Asset Management

complete quarterly audits of the portfolio and produce audit reports
managing the property’s finances, by keeping accurate records and monitoring property budgets
produce annual capex budgets for each property
maintaining the property and ensuring regular building upkeep, completing repairs, and oversight of reactive maintenance tasks
manage refurbishment and capex projects in consultation with the contractor, home manager and maintenance officer
preparing regular property-status reports for relevant stakeholders
coordinating maintenance schedule using the PM system
