responsible for payroll for the UK and US with regards to the outsourced partner we use
coordinate and continuously provide the outsourced payroll company with payroll and personnel related documentation
in cooperation with our payroll provider, be responsible for ensuring correct salaries are delivered every month
internal reporting of data on staff, working hours, turnover, and salary
manage and respond to salary questions from employees and managers
employment contracts and employment certificates, etc

Requirements
significant work experience in HR and payroll administration covering multiple countries
knowledge of ADP or similar software with multiple countries
cross over understanding towards interfaces and integrations towards finance
toolbox and experience driving KPI´s and improvements within your domain
ability to work to deadlines and effectively plan work in a fast paced, environment
