we are looking for someone to join our existing team of Receptionist. We can offer either full or part time hours
you will need to be an excellent communicator with people of all ages and cultures
the average hours worked each week will be approximately 37 based on full time position, part time can be offered at around 24 hours a week. Although at time this may be exceed in busy periods
the Reception shift patterns are – early shift – 08.00-15.15, middle shift – 11.30-20.30 or late shift – 15.00-22.30 – you will work a variety of these shifts, this does include working weekends and evenings
you will be dealing with payments taken at Reception from guests
you will need to provide guests with the relevant information and deal with all enquiries/queries
we are looking from someone who is a customer service professional ideally with a restaurant/hotel or retail background and a warm personality
