MACH RECRUITMENT is looking for employees for positions:
maintenance technician
Responsibility
- operation of bespoke machines cleaning trays
- perform quality control according to cycle of control to ensure products conform to Company specifications
- perform technical cleaning of equipment
- repair/refurb components that are used in the machines
- responsible for the upkeep of tools/toolboxes in ensuring having all the tools at hand all of the time
- responsible for the upkeep of the Production workshop in both using and cleaning
- preventative/Reactive maintenance of automated Production lines
- support the business with Holiday/absence cover
Requirements
- electrical/Mechanical experience advantageous
- pneumatic maintenance experience
- analytical & Basic Computer Skills
- strong IT skills
- ability to read diagrams, technical drawings & manuals
- ability to fault find to component level
- ability to understand production planning to ensure production flow
- excellent communicator in verbal, written and face to face forms
