- previous experience at a management level would be advantageous along with the ability to be hands on when required
- you will be reporting to the F&B Operations Director to ensure the food concept is appropriate to maximise revenue and covers

- the successful candidate will have a strong hospitality background, be creative and have a proven track record in a multi outlet property
- you will have overall responsibility for the food offer, its execution, procurement and supplier management, health and safety, menu reviews, recruitment and training to ensure we consistently achieve the standards required regardless of business levels
- our Resort Executive Chef is a role model of hospitality excellence, with proven interpersonal and relationship building skills to be able to work alongside the senior leadership team and drive forward targets and results
