Requirements

  • A Degree or Master's in Speech and Language Sciences from a recognised institution
  • valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
  • full certification with the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists. Newly Qualified Practitioners must have completed all requisite stages
  • demonstrable experience in paediatric speech and language therapy, showcasing depth and breadth in client management
  • proven experience in diagnosing and formulating intervention plans for a diverse range of SLCNs, drawing from evidence-based practice
  • A passion for speech and language therapy and supporting children with communication needs
  • superior written and verbal communication skills, ensuring comprehensive and clear client and team interactions
  • experience working within multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating skill in consolidating input from various professionals to shape individual care plans

Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Senior Office Admin to join our team to bring knowledge with them
  • we are a startup and need a switched-on individual to help us keep things moving as we grow
  • as our Office Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company runs efficiently and effectively, making sure our clincians all have up-to-date paperwork and we will also teach you how to use the Mable platform so you can help onboard new staff
  • you will be working remotely, but you will need to be available for occasional in-person meetings in our Leeds office, we do plan on moving into a city centre office in the summer and from that point on we will be working a hybrid remote system of 2 or 3 days in the office with the rest at home
  • participate in team meetings and provide support to other team members when needed

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of experience in office administration
  • bookkeeping experience
  • excellent organisational and time management skills
  • strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
  • experience with payroll, invoicing, and record-keeping
  • attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • ability to work from home and have access to reliable internet
