  • to retain, obtain and source Plant Operators for all Nationwide Operated Plant Hire requirements
  • manage a fast pace busy temporary operator desk
  • M O’Brien Plant Hire have a new opportunity for an Internal Operator Recruiter to join our busy team based at our offices near St Albans
  • liaise closely with the Hire Desk department in order to fulfill daily operated hire requirements
  • maintain good working relationships with existing Plant Operators, as well as attracting and placing new

Requirements

  • previous experience within a recruitment position
  • previous experience within the construction or plant hire industry
  • A knowledge and understanding of qualifications checks and compliance specific to the construction industry
  • calm and organised, capable of working well under pressure
  • strong attention to detail

  • recruitment: 1 year
