Responsibility

  • preparation of interim and final works accounts for key client accounts
  • site measurement and claim preparation for project works
  • production of interim cost reports, variation claims and final accounts in accordance with client form of contract
  • relationship management of key client account representatives, attending regular progress meetings with Toner M&E clients when required
  • issue payless notice in conjunction with Contract Manager
  • weekly review and analysis of management reports in relation to account applications and approvals overdue and proactively addressing issues with client QS’s
  • approve Purchase orders within approval parameters

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • excellent knowledge of the M&E construction industries
  • experience of managing project profitability and working to targets
  • excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
  • surveying: 5 years
