Responsibility
- core Reception duties – QS Front desk greeting clients, contractors, assisting with meeting room requests, refreshment requests
- switchboard – Answering calls, taking accurate telephone messages in a professional manner and forwarding on to the relevant individual
- completing direct printing requests, printing documents and bundles as per their requirements
- downloading documents and adding to the file as per request
- assisting with processing of incoming post, opening, barcoding and scanning documents
- processing unreferenced post to establish the case handler dealing with it, or after approval returning it to the sender
- ensuring cheques are scanned and delivered in strict compliance with the cheque process
- ensuring all tasks are completed in a professional, accurate and efficient way
