- providing an excellent level of customer service to all our patients at all times
- responsibilities Opening and closing the practice, setting up reception area ready for the day
- opening and closing the practice, setting up the surgery for the day
- meeting and greeting patients in a friendly manner
- assisting the Clinicians with their procedures/treatments
- ensure lab work is ready before the patient's appointment
- sterilising instruments
- assisting Head nurse and the Practice Manager with the daily and weekly check lists
- providing an excellent level of customer service to all our patients at all times
- we offer a complete range of private dental and hygiene treatments including preventative, specialist and cosmetic dentistry
- perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop bespoke treatment plans for patients
- we are looking for someone passionate about dentistry and loves working with people
- demonstrate expertise and proficiency in Invisalign treatment , including patient consultations, case assessments, and treatment planning
- provide high-quality dental care, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures, while maintaining a patient-centered approach
- we do not want our patients to feel rushed and make sure we provide the time and care they deserve
- educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits
- you should be able to diagnose implants and preferably to restore them too and be able to do extensive treatment planning
- GDC number
- proven experience and expertise in Invisalign treatment, with a strong desire to further develop this skillset
- excellent clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with patients and colleagues
- strong commitment to patient satisfaction, delivering compassionate care, and exceeding expectations
- willingness to start with Thursdays and some Saturdays and gradually expand availability to Tuesdays as the patient list grows
- patience and understanding that building a fully private patient list may take time, with a focus on long-term success
- ability to work collaboratively within a multi-specialty practice, promoting a team-oriented and supportive environment
