- as the Retail Sales Supervisor, you will report directly to the Harrogate Gallery Manager
- you will act as their second in command and implement all new processes and procedures introduced by them
- target based sales
- no art experience is necessary as full training will be provided however retail experience is essential
- supervision of the sales team in the absence of the gallery manager
- A high level of enthusiasm and an appetite for selling is a must in this role
- motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- help develop the sales skills of the staff and help deliver the company wide Lucy Pittaway experience for each customer
