  • we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team and help us promote our comprehensive freight forwarding services
  • as an Internal Sales Executive at LTS Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by actively promoting our Ocean, Air, and European freight forwarding services to potential clients
  • you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions
  • market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Continuously monitor and report on sales performance
  • lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through market research, LinkedIn, networking, and targeted outreach

Requirements

  • proven sales experience in freight forwarding and logistics
  • ideally 2 years experience of working in a busy logistics office
  • cold and warm lead generation
  • bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field would be advantageous
  • managing and updating CRM software
  • researching and identifying potential clients
