Responsibility
- business requirement gathering, refinement and scope definition, process mapping, use cases and user stories creation and impact assessment
- regularly assessing the technical and operational feasibility of the solution with key stakeholders
- managing the relationships with all business and technical stakeholders
- supporting the Programme in managing the requirements and ensuring user stories are fully elaborated, documented and ready enough for their incorporation into software tenders, subsequent implementation of selected third-party packages, and for any in-house development
- supporting the improvement in the quality of the solution through collaborative identification of good acceptance criteria, exploratory testing and supporting user acceptance testing
- supporting the implementation of the Finance Management and Housing Systems
- partnering with the architecture, design, integration, and test teams to ensure that technical designs are fit for purpose and adhere to standards and target architecture
Requirements
- experience of Unit4 and / or implementing ERP based financials solutions
- highly effective communication and presentation skills are a must. Has experience presenting at senior levels and can present complex topics and decisions simply and accessibly
