Responsibility
- lead the copywriting and creative delivery of our email campaigns and blog content
- represent the brand across all channels, including but not limited to managing all social media channels
- grow our list of affiliate marketing partnerships and manage all individual partner relationships

- take charge of our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- regularly report on competitor activity and recommend actions
- facilitate face-to-face meetings with prospective partners to pitch our services regularly
- create new content and build a plan to grow key channels
- brief and collaborate with external creative teams on creative delivery across channels, including design assets, photography and video content
- manage customer comments and DMs
- help build our email marketing strategy to capture the attention of potential student customers via this channel
- manage partnerships with universities, private student accommodations, boarding schools, and more
- seek insights into the market to understand student behaviour and consumer trends
- seek insights into the market to understand evolving student behaviour and consumer trends
- identify opportunities for growth within the student segment, including regular trips out of the office to pitch our services
- identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- ensure marketing efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals
- take regular trips outside of the office/cross country to spot opportunities and competitor activity within the student segment
- identify growth opportunities within the student segment
- plan and execute fresh and original ideas to stay on trend and engage students, building brand awareness across the UK and Dublin
- support on the copywriting and creative delivery of further online and offline campaigns on an ad hoc basis, e.g. website and social
- take regular trips outside of the office to spot opportunities
- take charge of our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok. Manage customer comments, DMs and general feedback on all social media platforms
- meet with potential partners and introduce LOVESPACE to pitch our services
- organize, manage and attend events organised with external partners

Requirements
- eligible to work in the UK
- excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- some knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing is a plus
