• joining our commercial team, you’ll help in assisting in the delivery of a variety of schemes / projects, carrying out standard surveying duties, such as measurement and understanding of specifications / building products

• candidates will hold a formal qualification such as HNC in a relevant subject, with previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry
• candidates will hold a minimum of 6 GCSE’s and / or 3 A Levels, C or above and although not essential the preference would be for candidates to have a further accounts qualifications or experience
• with the ability to apply yourself in a professional manner, with the eagerness to learn from your peers, you’ll have excellent communication skills with the drive to learn and the ambition to build and progress on your career with Lovell

Responsibility

• within the role, you will manage the various mechanical and electrical related subcontractors through your contractor design portion design development, site installation, testing & commissioning, and client handover processes, and ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract ER’s and programme
