- ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed
- keeping in control of stock management
- project management, in particular organisational restructures and TUPE transfers but also specific projects as directed by management
- build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships
- heading up all studio operations including rotas, studio payroll and completing opening/closing shifts
- prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to wider management team
- contribute to the delivery of the HR strategic people plan in line with corporate strategic plans and operational imperatives
- maintain and develop effective and appropriate employee communication and engagement strategies
- this involves membership obviously but also personal training, secondary spend, new fitness opportunities and overseeing the recruitment and retention of the right people in the right fitness jobs
- brand & Operations Management – the fitness brand and club operations are brilliant and it’s your job to make sure each of your clubs attains the required standards and processes
- people Management – you will be responsible for influencing teams - ensuring they have the support and tools they need to be successful
