We are Londonist DMC - a customer-focused award-winning student accommodation agency! It was a humble beginning that started in 2013 with 30 rooms and had an impressive growth over the last 8 years; currently counting over one thousand rooms in about 45 different locations across London in Zones 1, 2, and 3. Our portfolio includes student residences at King’s Cross, Spitalfields, Old Street, Highbury, Islington, Camden, Greenwich, and many more.Londonist DMC has 3 offices: HQ in London, İstanbul Turkey, and China .We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive proactively generate new business within the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and House in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) space. Londonist teamOur growth as a market leader in student accommodation is driven through our sectors and the team play a crucial role at the heart of the business. In understanding the PBSA sector and students’ needs we are able to identify potential new business opportunities; common themes and trends that may have an impact on student accommodation sector.The RoleAs a Business Development executive, you will be closely working with the Senior business development and partnership manager to support current ongoing business, assisting in managing strong relationship with current and potential partners and associations and actively networking and searching for new sales opportunities.Your key responsibilities will include supporting partner targeting and relationship initiatives and assisting with developing company business development plans and associated action plans:Use your networking skills to find new opportunities for Londonist to enlarge network of partners, agents, institutions.Track and follow up new contacts.Report to senior business development and partnership manager to create strategies and plans to maximise the opportunity and revenue models.What are we looking for?You'll be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads, manage multiple projects and negotiate deadlines. You must demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude to delivering an excellent service for our target with a focus on business benefits and results.
