handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
maintain accurate financial records and ordering supplies as needed
develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales
perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management
strong organisational and time-management skills

ability to maintain accurate financial records
