- proven experience in education recruitment, with a focus on SEN placements
- strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- in-depth knowledge of SEN education policies and regulations
- A track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
- self-motivated, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- relevant industry qualifications are a plus
- prepare annual statutory financial statements
- ensure monthly reviews of budget targets are conducted with budget holders and identify areas where costs saving could be achieved
