  • candidates must have relevant sales and/or marketing experience, ideally within an academic publishing context; be highly organised with experience of managing a varied workload to tight deadlines; happy both to work within a close-knit team and autonomously on projects; have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate diplomatically with a wide range of stakeholders; have a good visual sense, with excellent attention to detail and familiarity with working with branding guidelines

Responsibility

  • to coordinate issue resolution activities, escalating issues to, and liaising with, specialists as appropriate
  • to ensure knowledge articles are documented and maintained taking ownership of the article through its life cycle
  • act as point of receipt for alerts and take appropriate action to ensure they are addressed
  • work closely with other Professional Services Departments and Technical Teams in providing customer support to the University
  • undertake operational duties where required in line with the operations manual and reporting any issues to the appropriate teams
  • to provide support for a range of systems, responding to user enquiries in a timely manner as specified within the appropriate service level agreement
