housekeeping supervisor

Responsibility
to adhere to, promote and train the Lodge Hotel service culture standards
ensure the assigned rooms are cleaned to the hotel standards by supervising the work of the room attendants and house porters
report and follow up on all maintenance issues
check the appearance and monitor the conduct of team members to ensure the higheststandard are achieved
perform routine cleaning of assigned areas of the hotel as well as other areas within the property
greet and care for guests in a friendly and helpful manner
the Lodge hotel is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who is responsable for ensuring that the guest rooms, corridors, public areas and back of house areas under the responsibility of housekeeping department are cleaned and maintained to the standards set by our SOP manual
ensure that all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned, and ready for guests upon their arrival
