Requirements
- previous experience in a care-related role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required
- compassionate and empathetic nature
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable and punctual
- flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- A valid driving license is advantageous but not essential
