respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding solar PV and battery storage installations for domestic and commercial properties
provide expert advice and guidance to customers, recommending the best solutions for their needs
utilize industry-specific software to produce accurate designs and proposal estimates
assist customers with various tasks, including scheduling installations, coordinating scaffolding, and more
collaborate closely with colleagues responsible for surveys and installations, as well as third-party suppliers
travel to customer sites, primarily in London, to conduct surveys for installation plans and finalize proposals

Requirements
possess a technical/engineering background, including experience in engineering design or technical sales
knowledge of solar PV systems, both for commercial and residential applications, is advantageous

proficient in IT skills, with a high level of competency in relevant software and tools
