- identify and close new business sales opportunities to exceed personal targets
- identify and close new business sales opportunities to exceed personal targets within our Temp Finance solution
- proactively use and expand existing network of contacts to generate new leads
- self-generation of leads along with closing out marketing leads
- create a network of New Business introducers
- work in a hybrid method of F2F and virtual meetings, with the majority being virtual
- prepare due-diligence files on all new customers, in collaboration with admin support
- collaborate with our on-boarding team to ensure all new clients can trade efficiently
Requirements
- sales experience or a desire to be in sales
- proven track record of B2B experience in the Financial Sector
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- exceptional time management and organisation skills
