LLOYDS COACHES is looking for employees for positions:
financial accountant
Responsibility
- sales contract tracking, coding and invoicing
- manage debtors and credit control
- manage creditors, including processing bulk payments via e-banking and supporting purchase ledger input
- intercompany transaction management and reconciliation
- bank reconciliations
- cash takings management, including counting, recording and weekly 3-way reconciliations
- support production of monthly management accounts including Fixed Asset register, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis
- support production of annual financial statements as well as external finance and industry audits
Requirements
- applications from current AAT students or QBE will also be considered
- minimum 2 years recent/demonstrable experience in finance or accounting roles
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- excellent mathematical & analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the drive to implement continuous improvement
- ideally you will be a personable, experienced professional, preferably AAT qualified and/or CIMA/ACCA part qualified with desire to continue and complete studies
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, as well as with colleagues from other departments
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- basic salary: up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
