  • we are looking for someone with the required strengths to join our wonderful team and residents here within ADL
  • at Woodland Park, we are committed to providing a high level service and environment for those residing with us suffering from age related issues and mental/physical health problems
  • this role consists of working efficiently, conscientiously, safely, and to maintain high standard of care provision/delivery, supervising other staff and supporting management principles to include disciplinary and good practice
  • to prepare the rotas include the holiday allocation and honor requests from staff in order to service and meet the home’s needs. This includes being on call and offering cover or stand in facilities in the event of absence
