- to achieve Shop targets for sales of goods by managing the day to day orders
- ensure a timely and professional response to all member enquiries
- up-sell to members where appropriate to assist with target achievement by ensuring a full understanding of the products
- to keep up to date with new product introductions and legislative changes where appropriate
- to carry out pro-active campaigns to further promote the Shops range to existing and new customers via telephone and emails
- to suggest new products or organise personalised products as required by members
- to update records in the IT system to ensure data integrity
- pass on membership leads to the sales team where appropriate
Requirements
- previous experience working in a customer service or account management role would be advantageous
- applicants should have an excellent telephone manner and be proactive and self-motivated
- excellent attention to detail
- comfortable with Microsoft packages and experience with bespoke system would be beneficial
