  • ● Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
  • ● Ensure the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
  • ● Manage communications via, phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
  • ● Maintain lettings compliance knowledge and conduct Right to Rent checks
  • ● Receive and process new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
  • ● Advertise properties and proactively contact our database of potential Tenants
  • ● Register applicants, arrange viewings, conduct viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords
  • ● Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants
