Responsibility

- assisting in preparation of monthly schedules to review commissions due to Promoters and Executive Management to ensure the provision within the accounts is adequate, and prepare periodical Promoter statements for all individuals, including end of year statements
- reviewing month end actuals, updating monthly forecasts, and producing month end reporting packs for certain divisions, along with supporting analysis and commentary. Assisting with preparation of consolidated reporting packs
- assist and support the Tax Director with review of contracts and new business streams to ensure indirect tax is taken into consideration

- experienced in the fulfilment of VIP events, preferably to individual consumers rather than a corporate entity
- previous corporate /private events experience would be a distinct advantage
- degree preferred, but not required
- excellent facilitation skills to conduct meetings and workshops that encourage attendees to participate and collaborate effectively and efficiently ranging from small ideation sessions, to internal conferences, to formal steering groups
- the candidate should be able to demonstrate writing and delivering briefings to an appropriate standard
- engender cohesion and trust within the team by focusing on the collective goal, exploring all points of view and support the team in decision making
- experience in a customer services environment, ideally in a dispute resolution capacity
- facilitate planning with teams to generate and develop plans and roadmaps that provide clarity for the team and sponsors, drawing on a variety of estimation techniques and planning tools
