- to be a key team member in the daily 1hr clean down of the kitchen
- confidently prepare and present food at events, understanding that you are the face of the company on these days
- manage or be part of flexible kitchen teams in catering marquee environments
- work as a team player to ensure the events run smoothly, coping well under pressure
