  • we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Qualified team member to join our friendly team at our Nursery in Stanningley in a Deputy Manager position

  • the candidate will be able to support the Manager in leading the care and education of young children aged 0-4 years, following the EYFS, this includes planning and implementing activities, observing and assessing child development – all whilst working within a friendly, happy, team environment to ensure our little people thrive
  • this is a busy, fulfilling role, where the days fly by, you are expected to support unqualified team members, mentoring and leading by example, as they complete their studies
  • the shift pattern for this role can be discussed at interview to meet the candidate and our needs, suggested shifts are 4 days on 10 hr shifts between 7.30am-6pm, or 5 days on 8 hour shifts, early or late – Earliest start time is 7.30am, latest finish time is 6pm – Monday to Friday
  • candidates must have a Full and Relevant Level 3 Qualification as recognised by the Department of Education - Check early years qualifications - GOV.UK
