Responsibility

  • work in partnership with parents, local childcare/education providers, health providers and all other agencies
  • take accountability of role modelling and empowering your staff team to deliver high standards of childcare
  • to train and develop staff, supervising and supporting their professional development and day to day practice
  • ensuring continuous professional development of staff through regular, documented one to one meetings
  • little Jannah Day Care Nursery is registered for 22 children per day
  • implement regular room meetings
  • little Jannah Day Care Nursery is currently Ofsted graded "Good" with excellent transportation links
  • the ideal candidate should have experience working in an Ofsted graded "Good" or

Requirements
