- ideally HACCP level 4 qualified, you’ll be the site HACCP team leader, and manage the HACCP plan

- leading the quarterly management review meetings, reporting & following up as required
- managing the environmental monitoring plan, ensuring all testing is completed to schedule, and that results are managed and actioned appropriately
- ensuring product quality and consistency is maintained and all orders are made to the correct recipe
- undertaking regular plant inspections per schedule and action points are closed off
- completing customer complaint investigations and reports
- to ensure all requirements of the BRCGS standard are met and to take a joint lead in the BRCGS audits and customer audits alongside Head of Technical
