to be confident in mentoring, offering guidance and support to all support staff
to deliver supervisions to the Support Staff
to ensure that weekly, monthly audits and checks are completed including, Health and Safety audits, medication audits and Fire checks
to support the development of person-centered planning, ensuring each young person has meaningful and achievable goals
to prepare reports and to attend review meetings
to be able to develop positive relationships with third parties
to be responsible for leading shifts, allocation and supervision of staff and young people, delegating tasks, and managing and supporting the day to day needs of the home
