- to be confident in mentoring, offering guidance and support to all support staff
- to deliver supervisions to the Support Staff
- to ensure that weekly, monthly audits and checks are completed including, Health and Safety audits, medication audits and Fire checks
- to support the development of person-centered planning, ensuring each young person has meaningful and achievable goals
- to prepare reports and to attend review meetings
- to be able to develop positive relationships with third parties
- to be responsible for leading shifts, allocation and supervision of staff and young people, delegating tasks, and managing and supporting the day to day needs of the home
