Responsibility
- the role is to primarily provide our diabetic patients with clinical care and reviews
- ideally candidates will be a Nurse Prescriber

- we would like you to provide general nursing services to the practice population including treatment, screening and advice according to practice policy and protocols within the professional competence of the post holder

- contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the team’s performance
