LITA HOMES is looking for employees for positions:
- to manage the sales, marketing and letting of all properties
- to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- to develop appropriate sales and marketing suites at sites, ensuring show homes are appealing and well maintained with appropriate items
- to carry out market research on property sales in the general market place and benchmarking against other developers
- to work in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure the best services are delivered to customers
- to ensure team and personal performance targets and objectives are achieved
- to adopt a high standard of personal and professional conduct and communication with the customers and any partner agencies
- to ensure an on-site sales information service being present at show homes to provide sales advice information
- manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
- manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- develop and implement office policies and procedures
- manage and train office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- manage office budgets, including tracking expenses and managing vendor relationships
- manage office facilities, including coordinating maintenance and repairs
- coordinate company events and meetings, including logistics and catering
- preferably degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- minimum of 3years of experience in office management, administrative support, or related field
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- experience managing budgets and client relationships
