We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Roofing Managerjoin our award-winning team., you will be responsible for a team delivering Planned and day to day maintenance roofing works throughout the UK.Role overview:Responsibility for Managing & overseeing various Roofing Maintenance & Planned works from quotation to completion.To ensure jobs are delivered on time and within budget along with ensuring site safety and quality is maintained.Dealing with customer enquiries and concerns promptly.Meet clients, assess work, and produce quotations /estimates and deliver within budget. Also, to provide an advisory service and to develop effective relationships with client representatives.Be responsible for the management all labour resources, including Managing sub-contractors and specialist trades, to ensure completion on time and within budget.Manage all health and safety on site to include toolbox talks, undertaking regular site safety inspections and post inspections. Reviewing RAMS to ensure they are fit for purpose.To help to develop, monitor and manage programmes of work to ensure successful delivery of projects to timescales and to develop future programmes of work.Work closely with the Contract Support Team to ensure required information is collated and added to the system.In addition, the following skills and qualifications are either required or desirable:Roofing trade qualifications /back ground.Have a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.Quoting/ estimating experience required.Solid background in Roofing work.Excellent communication skills and able to communicate across all levels.Ability to work within a pressurised environment, including multi-tasking, problem solving and working independently.
