Responsibility

  • recruitment and safeguarding
  • responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of data and record systems both manual and computerised
  • adhere to all Park School and Park & Dean Park Day Nurseries policies and procedures
  • support the Headteacher with HR oversight for the school including review of the SCR and leading on any staff issues
  • support the process and recording element of safer recruitment, seeking references, initiating DBS checks and following safer recruitment guidelines in support of the Headteacher
  • to support commitment to safeguarding children by following the Safeguarding Children Policy & Procedures and the guidance from the Pan Dorset Safeguarding Children Partnership
