Responsibility

  • monitor cluster store performance through sales & KPI reports, driving results through innovative initiatives & processes
  • maximise profitability within stores by managing controllable costs and implementing revenue generating initiatives
  • set and communicate realistic store sales targets and ensure they are achieved through individual employee targets and incentives
  • design & implement initiatives to leverage synergies across your portfolio of stores in terms of team, stock & customer insights
  • promote and ensure stores are delivering a World Class standard of Customer Service in stores
  • drive a high-performance culture; ensure clear goals, objectives and performance standards are established and communicated to the Cluster stores
  • develop and implement Best Standard Practices across all areas to provide structure, with a view to maximising process efficiency and compliance
  • liaise with Regional Managers and share weekly Trade Feedback including competitor and trade insights
