Responsibility
- account Management of customer accounts with a focus on service delivery, Customer Happiness and revenue growth
- to conduct regular and documented customer meetings in line with SLAs and internal KPIs
- to be a point of escalation for customer queries or concerns that arise
- troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring any complaints raised are logged closed out to satisfaction
- oversee operational service delivery, to a ensure safe and efficient operation, assessing and considering customer requirements, and exceeding performance targets and KPI’s at all times
- to monitor the incoming workstreams and effectively utilise the available resource to ensure delivery
- ensure that the Health and Safety culture is at the forefront of our people’s minds and also that our services are delivered safely and in line with legal and regulatory compliance
- ensure that the whole team has an awareness of the companies SHEQ policies, including, but not limited to QMS and Health & Safety
