- IRPM qualified / working towards
- 5 GCSEs grade A-C
- qube Systems
- the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands
- residential Property Management: 1 year
- qube PM knowledge: 1 year
Responsibility
- to work with the Property managers to deliver a wide range of support and administrative functions
- to assist with implementation of improvements to the provision of support functions across the organisation
- to work as part of the management Team, providing support across the organisation, specifically assisting with day-to-day instructions to contractors
- to provide support to the Property managers in connection with Health and safety matters
- to respond to leaseholder queries in an adequate time period always updating them with regular communications
- to undertake any such relevant and appropriate duties as requested
- to participate in all aspects of development as directed and to use learning opportunities to develop personal skills necessary to improve effectiveness, efficiency and service delivery
- interacts with directors and carries out their requests
