Responsibility

  • this role will also participate in a rota to visit client sites to provide IT Support in data collection and retrieval
  • administering and maintaining the company IT infrastructure to strict process and security standards
  • delivering 2nd Line support. Handle escalated calls from 1st Line
  • demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • investigation, resolution and/or escalation of outstanding incidents and problems in line with the firm's SLA’s
  • ensure all incidents are correctly logged in line with the firms standard operating procedures
  • we are currently seeking a 2nd Line Engineer for our busy Bournemouth office. This role would be a full time position working within the IT team, providing support to IT and Interventions team
  • ensure your ticket queue is maintained in an efficient manner
